How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders over ₦50,000. A flat-rate fee applies to orders below that threshold.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Lagos takes 1–2 business days. Nationwide delivery is 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Nigeria and select West African countries. Contact us to discuss international orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive updates in your account under 'My Orders'.

Products & Quality

Are your products baby-safe?
Yes. We choose gentle, non-toxic materials — organic cottons, BPA-free plastics and food-grade silicone — and list materials clearly on every product.
What materials do you use?
We carry 9K, 14K, and 18K Gold in Yellow, White, and Rose Gold varieties, along with Sterling Silver. All stones are certified genuine.
Can I request a custom piece?
Yes! Contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form with your design idea and we'll put you in touch with our craftspeople.
Do you have a physical store?
Our showroom is in Victoria Island, Lagos. WhatsApp us to book an appointment.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (Lagos) and Bank Transfer. Paystack (card) payments are coming soon.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and we never store sensitive payment details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items in original condition with tags and packaging.
How do I return an item?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange collection and process your refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
What if my item is damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos. Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost to you.
